Couch to 5K Week 5: Getting Back Into it After Missing a Week

As of writing this I’ve just completed week 5 of my Couch to 5K! You might have noticed that I didn’t talk about this last week, well that was because I didn’t actually do any runs. Don’t worry, I have a pretty good excuse. Rather than do my runs I opted to try and sort the garden out instead. Couch to 5K Week 4: Staying the Same with My Weight Despite an Extra Run

Well I may have struggled for week 4 but I’ve managed to complete my runs. And that’s including my extra one that I missed last week. In total I’m currently running for 16 minutes – albeit intermittently – and managing it quite well. The first run is still the hardest but by the time that last run comes I feel amazing! Couch to 5K Week 3: Another Weight Loss Despite Missing a Run

Every week I’m more surprised that I’m still sticking to this Couch to 5K. Unfortunately, this week hasn’t been so great though. Couch to 5K Week 2: Still Going Strong Despite Adversity

My Couch to 5K week 2 certainly got off to a rocky start. We had a sickness bug that took down the house Monday and Tuesday, so I didn’t start my runs until Wednesday!
