When you’re thinking about functional lights, try to light up high-traffic areas like garden paths. You should also consider putting some brighter lighting above your patio so that you can see each other as you converse.
Once you’ve got your functional lighting in order, add some decorative lights. Rattan lights can create an Ibiza-meets-Santorini vibe in your garden while festoon lighting casts a subtle glow when draped over your fence or garden shed.
