Since it’s currently #SelfCareWeek I thought I’d give a quick ten tips on things you can do to help promote self care. Feel free to try some of these things at some point if you want. Let’s go:

So this week Isabelle has really taken off with her crawling. The way she is now, you really do have to have eyes in the back of your head. Give her a minute or so and she’s crawled across to the baby gate, pulled herself up and holds on. I don’t think it will be long before she’s trying to walk. Not that either me or Rachel want her to do that any time soon.

So, according to the NHS, from the 13th to to 19th of November, it’s going to be Self Care Week. So, since I’ve started the Postnatal Depression Toolkit, which will have a lot of self care related suggestions, I thought I’d do a post about what exactly self care is.
