Children are smart and like to question things. They may find themselves questioning the relevance of certain topics and become uninterested. One of the first things that your child will learn at school is how to count as they will need to know their numbers to calculate. Be Prepared to Wait

As your child’s learning concepts for the first time, it may take them some time to answer your questions. It’s important that you give them ample time to answer and gently guide as by jumping in, you may make them feel pressured and take away the chance for them to practise.

Maths Games

Practice makes perfect and maths games are an excellent way to put your child’s maths ability and learnings to the test. As they do and are given the right answers, they will learn and improve.
