For those with a far too keen of an eye, you might have noticed that there was no Dad Diaries last week. For that, I’ll apologise. Although I sense that apology is needed for no one. What I Learned From Attempting an Ultra Challenge

When I signed up to do the Wye Valley challenge, part of my reason for it was to take some life lessons away that could be applied to real life.
